You can live chat with visitors or clients, when they request assistance on your website. The software provides you with the means to place all the necessary options and pop-ups on your website, manage operators and departments and much more.

ChatStat can be installed like any other application. Its setup file is roughly 16 MB, which does not take long to download and the installation process is fast and straightforward. Once you install the software, you will have to follow a wizard's instructions to create a new online account and specify a domain.

The application looks and feels like most instant messengers on the market. Besides contacts, the interface displays the IP addresses of the users who visit your website. You can interact with your visitors as if they were regular contacts, but you can perform other actions as well, like banning certain IPs. You may also switch between different view modes, on the main interface, if you wish to use a dial pad, to call someone in the US, other countries or on Skype. Another view mode displays chat requests from users who need assistance.

ChatStat's core features can be organized on a separate window. You can load two images or select existing ones, to let users know that live operators are standing by or not available. If an operator is not available, a user can leave a message. The software comes with a VoIP callback system, so you can make sure that your clients will be contacted eventually. It is also possible to set up a pop-up for live chat invitations, which can auto-engage after a certain number of seconds.

While using this software, you will not be limited to chatting with your visitors or clients. You can also save chat transcripts, view statistics, create conference rooms, provide support for auctions and much more. ChatStat includes a remote screen sharing and controlling feature as well, so you can provide technical support if one or more clients are having difficulties with your web site or their computers. It is also possible to log into third party instant messengers, in ChatStat's general settings panel. This means that importing contacts and interacting with them can be done without any kind of difficulties.
